Meet Deniz

I was born and raised in Turkey, where food is central to connection and celebration. After years in the tech sector, I attended culinary school before moving to the US.

My palate is rooted in Mediterranean flavors, with classical training and experience at Kilimanjaro — named Turkey’s best restaurant in 2019 — under chef Mustafa Otar.

Now I bring restaurant-quality cooking into private homes and events, adapting to every taste and dietary need. From meal prep to large gatherings, family-style spreads to multi-course tasting menus, each experience is designed around the people at the table.
